With the Vail winter ski season quickly approaching, we wanted to share with you the incredible progress being made on Altus. And it won’t be long before the first Altus homeowners are enjoying what is already becoming the most iconic new residence in Vail Village.
We’ve been fortunate to have good weather and minimal Covid-related disruptions this summer. The building is weather tight, interior walls have been framed and plumbing/mechanical/electrical rough-in work nearing completion. Next the walls will be getting insulated with drywall starting shortly.
Here are a few recent ALTUS property photos. You can see the north elevation, the front of the building and how much progress we’ve made on the exterior. In the upcoming weeks we will start the exterior veneer which will include stone, wood siding and stucco. And here’s a few photos from residences 3038, 3041 and 3046 showcasing the Altus signature views.
